Yes, you will need to purchase a Basic Access license for each dog you add to the app. This is a one time purchase per dog and it gives you access to the Basic level features of the app. You will be only be able to add information allowed at the Basic level, but you have access to this information for life.

Basic: Required for each dog you own. Includes many of the most common items that a dog owner would want to track and have quick access to.

Plus: This is for the owner would wants more than just the basics. You are able to create training plans, create titles beyond just AKC, add pictures, and more.

Yes! We realize you may want to try the app out before purchasing your first license. A two week free trial is given when you sign up as a new customer. You get full access to everything our app has to offer. At the end of your free trial, you will need to purchase a Basic license for each dog. If you would like to add Plus features to any or all of your dogs you can do that as well. Basic licenses are a one time charge per dog for life. Plus licenses are a subscription and you can choose whether you’d like to pay once a month or yearly for each license.

1. Go to Pack Management in the web app (Log in if necessary)
3. Select the dog you wish to modify the subscription for
4. Click “Manage Subscription”

*Note that you will only be able to manage your monthly or yearly subscriptions in the Web App. Clicking “Upgrade Subscriptions” in the Apple or Android app will only give you the option for a Lifetime subscription.

If a purchased access level is not showing up, please try the following:

Try refreshing the app
Log out and log back in
Open the side menu bar from the Owner Home page, select My Account, and then tap on the Restore Purchases and Subscriptions.
If the above steps do not resolve the issue, please Contact Us and we will investigate the issue and correct it for you.

Open the side menu bar from the Owner Home page, select My Pack, and then tap “Add New Dog”.

Open the side menu bar from the Owner Home page, select My Account, and then tap on the Change Password. You will be sent a link in your email which will allow you to change your password.
